1、预化(hua)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流设定(ding)(ding):步需要一个很(hen)小(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流来确定(ding)(ding)是否有金属(shu)杂质,我们可以(yi)做一个实验(yan),在正极(ji)中加入金属(shu)粉末,用很(hen)小(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流充很(hen)短的(de)(de)(de)时间,就会(hui)发现电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压很(hen)难(nan)上(shang)升(sheng);第二步主要是SEI膜的(de)(de)(de)初(chu)步形(xing)成。建议在小(xiao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)情况(kuang)下,预化(hua)成30%左右(you)的(de)(de)(de)容(rong)量。建议在SEI稳定(ding)(ding)期间使用稍大的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流预化(hua)到60%左右(you)的(de)(de)(de)容(rong)量。
2、预化电(dian)压设(she)(she)定:电(dian)压设(she)(she)置因系统而异。如果电(dian)压过高,产气导致界面不良(liang),造(zao)成析锂。
3、预化(hua)温度设定:在(zai)较低(di)的温度下,形成的SEI膜致密且具有高阻(zu)抗。反之亦(yi)然。
