由于锂电池(chi)本身的客观缺点(dian),锂电池(chi)保护(hu)板的功能可以弥补锂电池(chi)的一些缺点(dian)。电池(chi)制(zhi)作材料决定(ding)其不(bu)能过(guo)(guo)充(chong)、过(guo)(guo)放、过(guo)(guo)流、短路和超高温(wen)充(chong)放电,所以需要电池(chi)保护(hu)板进行预防和保护(hu)。锂电池(chi)保护(hu)板的设计作用(yong)包括以下几点(dian):
1、过充(chong)检测电压:正(zheng)常状态下,Vdd提高到CO端,高电平到低电平的Vdd与VSS之间的电压。
2、过充放电(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)压:在充电(dian)(dian)状态下(xia),Vdd降(jiang)到CO端,由低电(dian)(dian)平变为高电(dian)(dian)平的(de)Vdd与VSS之间(jian)的(de)电(dian)(dian)压。
3、过(guo)放检测电压(ya):正常状态下,Vdd降到CO端,高电平到低(di)电平的Vdd与VSS之间的电压(ya)。
4、过(guo)放电(dian)(dian)解除电(dian)(dian)压(ya):在过(guo)放电(dian)(dian)状态(tai)下,Vdd与(yu)VSS之间的电(dian)(dian)压(ya)由低电(dian)(dian)平(ping)逐渐升高。
5、过电(dian)(dian)流:正(zheng)常(chang)状态下VM升(sheng)到(dao)DO端,高电(dian)(dian)平逐渐上升(sheng)到(dao)低电(dian)(dian)平VM- VSS之间的(de)电(dian)(dian)压。
6、负(fu)载短路检测电压:正常状态(tai)下(xia),VM以OV大于1μS、小于50μ s的速度升到DO端,从高电平(ping)变为低电平(ping)时两者的电压。
7、充电(dian)(dian)器(qi)的电(dian)(dian)压(ya)检测:在过放电(dian)(dian)状态,VM以OV降到DO由(you)低电(dian)(dian)平(ping)升到高电(dian)(dian)平(ping)时(shi)VM-VSS间(jian)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)。
