1、电池保护板(ban)处于正常状(zhuang)态

3、短路保护
电(dian)池在负(fu)载(zai)放电(dian)过(guo)程中,如果回路(lu)电(dian)流大到足(zu)以使U>0.9V,控制IC就判(pan)断为(wei)负(fu)载(zai)短路(lu),其“DO”引脚会迅速由(you)高电(dian)压变为(wei)零电(dian)压,使V1由(you)on变为(wei)off,从(cong)而切断放电(dian)电(dian)路(lu),启(qi)动短路(lu)保护功(gong)能。
4、过流保护
由(you)于(yu)锂(li)离子电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的化学特性,电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)厂家已(yi)规定(ding)大放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流不能(neng)超(chao)过2C。如果放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流超(chao)过2C,电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)将会永(yong)久损坏或出现安全问(wen)题。
5、过放电保护
当锂电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)向(xiang)外部负载(zai)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时,其(qi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)会放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)降至2.5V时,其(qi)容量已被用完,这时如(ru)果电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)继续向(xiang)负载(zai)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),就会对电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)造(zao)成永久性的损(sun)坏。在电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)过程(cheng)中(zhong),当控制IC检测(ce)到电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)低于2.3 V时,“DO”脚(jiao)由高电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)转零(ling)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),V1由导通转关断,从而切断放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,使电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)不能再向(xiang)负载(zai)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),达到过放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保护的效果。
