钴酸(suan)锂电池(chi)的钴酸(suan)锂化(hua)学式为(wei)LiCoO2,是一(yi)种无机(ji)化(hua)合物,一(yi)般用(yong)作锂离子电池(chi)的正(zheng)极材(cai)料。LiCoO2基本采用(yong)了目前商用(yong)锂离子电池(chi)中层状结(jie)构(gou)的锂离子二(er)次(ci)电池(chi)正(zheng)极材(cai)料 (钴酸(suan)锂) 的液(ye)(ye)相合成工艺。它以聚(ju)乙烯醇 (PVA) 或(huo)聚(ju)乙二(er)醇 (PEG) 水(shui)溶液(ye)(ye)为(wei)溶剂,将锂盐和钻盐分(fen)别溶于PVA或(huo)PEG水(shui)溶液(ye)(ye)中,混合溶液(ye)(ye)加(jia)(jia)热(re)浓(nong)缩形成凝(ning)胶(jiao),并对生成的凝(ning)胶(jiao)进行加(jia)(jia)热(re)分(fen)解(jie),然后高(gao)温煅烧(shao),将烧(shao)结(jie)后的粉(fen)末进行研磨、筛分(fen),得到钴酸(suan)锂粉(fen)。
